4. Four Seasons, Palo Alto – Really good everything and you’ll want to come back already by the end of your meal.
3. Malaya Tea Room, Alameda – New go-to spot with exemplary finger sandwiches.
2. The English Rose Tea Room, Pleasanton – A hundred delectable teas and textbook shabby chic decor. [PERMANENTLY CLOSED]
1. Muir’s Tea Room, Sebastopol – There are no words invented yet that describe how GOOD this Tea Spot is, it excels in all aspects of Afternoon Tea.
